In most cases if your identity can be verified without a telephone call your shared hosting account will be setup within 2-hours during our general business hours, M-F 8AM-5PM Mountain Time.

Dedicated servers are all built to order and can take up to 2-business days depending on the specific solution. All dedicated server orders are verified via telephone and require a credit card authorization form to be signed. We do not require long-term contracts to be signed, all dedicated servers are sold on a month-to-month basis.
